Both contracts have the same terms of contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Contract B is for:<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>foreign operators<\/strong>\u00a0established in another country than Finland and distance sell packed products directly to users in Finland.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Contract B can also be used by the following operators:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Operator Comparable to a Producer which is established outside Finland and delivers products to producers established in Finland by other means than distance selling. Such an operator must fill in annex 3 which lists the producers on behalf of which producer responsibility for packaging is taken care of.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>E-commerce Platform Administrator to which the distance sellers operating on the platform have given a written authorisation to fulfil the producer responsibility obligations on their behalf. Such an operator must fill in annex 4 listing the distance sellers on behalf of which producer responsibility for packaging is taken care of.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" The producer organisation organises the recycling of packaging placed on the Finnish market and the collection of consumer packaging in Finland.<\/li>\n<li>The producer organisation maintains packaging waste reception terminals in Finland.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n                    <\/div>\n            <div\n            class=\"\n                element\n                mt-4 first-of-type:mt-0 md:mt-0\n                \n\n                \n                md:pl-4\n\n                \n                \n                \n                w-full md:w-1\/2 \n                            \"\n        >\n                            <h4 class=\"mb-4\">Rinki<\/h4>\n                                        <ul>\n<li>Rinki is a service company authorised by the packaging producer organisation Finnish Packaging Producers Ltd to register and manage contracts with customers.<\/li>\n<li>Rinki offers customer services for Finnish Packaging Producers Ltd\u2019s business customers on behalf of the producer organisation.<\/li>\n<li>Rinki informs companies of current issues and other topics through INFO newsletters.<\/li>\n<li>The company concludes the contract with the packaging sector producer organisation. The contract with Finnish Packaging Producers Ltd is registered by Rinki.
