Both contracts have the same terms of contract.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Contract A is for:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Finnish packers<\/strong>* or the Finnish branch of a foreign company** that pack products for the Finnish market<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Finnish importers<\/strong>* or the Finnish branch of a foreign company** that operate as importers to Finland of packed products<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>* the company has a Finnish business ID and is domiciled in Finland<br>**the company has a permanent establishment in Finland and is registered as a branch in the Trade Register maintained by the National Board of Patents and Registration<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Contract B is for:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>foreign operators<\/strong> established in another country than Finland and distance sell packed products directly to users in Finland.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Contract B can also be used by the following operators:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Operator Comparable to a Producer which is established outside Finland and delivers products to producers established in Finland by other means than distance selling. Such an operator must fill in annex 3 which lists the producers on behalf of which producer responsibility for packaging is taken care of.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>E-commerce Platform Administrator to which the distance sellers operating on the platform have given a written authorisation to fulfil the producer responsibility obligations on their behalf. Such an operator must fill in annex 4 listing the distance sellers on behalf of which producer responsibility for packaging is taken care of.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can download the contract below. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Send the signed contract to be registered at RINKI to <a href=\"mailto:info@rinkiin.fi\">info@rinkiin.fi<\/a><\/strong> .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We will send the contact person indicated on the contract further information by email, when the contract has been registered and its application starts. If a company wants to terminate the Contract to end at the end of the current calendar year, the termination must occur at the latest by the end of June. If the Contract is terminated 1.7. or later, the Contract remains in force for the entire following calendar year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Contract can be terminated with a separate written notification. You can request for a termination letter form from our customer service.
