The term \u201cfarmer packaging\u201d will be replaced by \u201cprimary production packaging\u201d. Under the PPWR, service packaging and primary production packaging only include packaging that has been specifically designed and intended for these purposes. The party responsible under producer responsibility is the manufacturer of these packages in Finland or the importer into Finland.
