Reporting packaging data to the Åland packaging scheme
Companies that join the Producer Group are responsible for reporting on the packaging of the products they place on the market.
The packaging data for 2026 will be reported to Rinki in January 2027. The reporting deadline is 31 January 2027. Packaging data will be reported on Rinki Extranet.

Reporting instructions: Light declaration form
A company can use the light declaration form to report packaging data if the total volume of packaging put on the Åland market by the company is less than 50 000 kilograms.

A company must use the detailed declaration form to report packaging data if the total volume of packaging put on the Åland market by the company (or companies within the same contract) is more than 50 000 kilograms.

Used to report on single-use, plastic-containing beverage cups and lids sold empty to end users.
